4. Act excited about drawing people to Starbucks and making them feel welcome.
5. Express that live music will contribute to legendary service by going over and above by bringing diversity and culture into the store!

Creating An Environment

Starbucks has a few core values:

• The last thing they want to do is offend or make anyone feel uncomfortable. You've all been to Starbucks before, the best thing to do in creating an environment is to blend into the environment that Starbucks already provides but bring an element of diversity and community into that by providing live music. Let GOD's presence do the work, no striving.
