Firm Up - Nail down a date & time with the manager for your first 2 hour burn session. Bring in a CD of what they can expect to your meeting. The more acoustic the better!
Show Up - Be on time to your sets and let the manager know your ready to play. Procrastination is the their of time.
Keep it Up - Show up every week at your allotted time or get a comparable replacement. Consistency equals credibility for longitivity.
